Tamara is the owner of Chhay Insurance Solutions, where she helps individuals, families, and business owners navigate health insurance with clarity and confidence. Since launching the agency in 2019, she has built her business around relationships, trust, and a commitment to being a year-round resource—not just during enrollment season.

In 2025, Tamara faced a personal breast cancer diagnosis that reshaped her perspective on both life and the work she does every day. Walking through treatment gave her a deeper understanding of what it means to rely on coverage, ask hard questions, and need support during uncertain moments. That experience now fuels the way she serves her clients—with even more empathy, intention, and care.

Tamara is known for creating a warm, approachable experience for her clients while staying detail-oriented and solution-focused behind the scenes. Whether she’s helping a family choose coverage or guiding a business through benefits, her goal is simple: to make insurance feel less overwhelming and more personal.

Outside of work, Tamara enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, building her businesses, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

Tee is adding customer service and corporate world experience to the team.  He has always had a knack for individual interaction with their needs in mind before his own.  The Medicare program is very difficult to navigate, and Tee is looking forward to working for and making eligible folks feel comfortable to ensure that the right coverage is in place and understood.  He will take his knowledge from previous industries to organize, plan, and develop as business growth continues.

Tee’s wife, three kids, and men’s ministry keep him plenty busy with no time to enjoy golf and fishing!

With over 5 years of experience, she is passionate about helping clients understand their benefits and stay informed on the latest health insurance updates. As an East Texas native, Jennifer has developed a strong understanding of the unique needs of our community and works tirelessly to keep client concerns top of mind.

Her background in the medical field has fostered her commitment to putting others first, ensuring that clients feel well taken care of and supported throughout the insurance process. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, watching cooking shows, and spending time with her family of five.
